Time to make a move

Time to make a move

The times we live in make huge demands on us, yet there is no time to dither or waver. More often than not when we are introduced to a new thing, when we hear, are told, or shown, the possibilities and potentials there are outside of the ‘traditional’ things we know of, an instinctive defiance stirs within us and we put up a subtle rejection even before we have heard the details. Let’s remember: the 9-5 race is just one possible model of reality, there are several other models we can explore and we ought to be open, ready and willing to examine other possibilities, consider new things, both from within and from without; listen to the details and see how we can work with it, how to make it a vehicle to serve our fellow human beings. See an opportunity for what it is: to be used for growth or to discover other aspects of our personality that readily takes on a new challenge to task other areas of our brain; let’s see every problem as a project that needs to be understood, split into tiny sub-sets and tackled; see it as something to be overcome. We should start by questioning the status quo; we must learn to pull ourselves out of the jaded path that dulls our mind and stifles the individual’s creativity. It’s time to make a move!
